Scaning at a higher dpi won't make for a better printed image if your not doing an enlargement.

  We do high resolution scans up to 6400 dpi.  We scan images up to 24"x36".  We can handle up to a two gig image file size. 

Works larger than 24"x36" or that are not flat we capture the image with a camera.
