• Unconditional Satisfaction guarantee on Digital Imaging Services.  We take extra steps to understand what your needs and desires are and do our best to communicate what you can expect of us.  Should for any reason you be unhappy with our work will redo it until your totally satisfied or will refund your deposit.  (If you have new criteria after we have started your project we need to no as soon as possible.  Additional charges could apply.)

• If you are not completely satisfied with the framing you have chosen, bring it back within thirty days and we will redesign free of charge with a similarly price product.  If you are upgrading we only charge the difference.
  

• Not responsible for damage to art or framing do to improper handling or acts of nature once you have picked it up.  If you do something that breaks the glass,  we will share the pain and only charge for the glass at 20% off the retail price.

• To return something to us for any of the above reasons, you do not need a receipt.  Our sticker on the back is proof of purchase and that we stand behind what we have produced for you.  Sometimes a client may have us doing something aesthetic and/or technical for their own reasons that we can't stand behind.  In that case we don't put our sticker on the back of the piece.  With no sticker there is no guarantee.
